Regarding its versatility and importance represents the most used collection preserved in the Archives. It’s formed from various documents relating different institutions, families and individuals, non-possible to form fond units of them. It’s tapia of Mladen Milovanovićinformational on: performance of the Administration of Fonds, General School Fond of the Kingdom of Serbia, Greek School Society, Serbian Reading room in Zemun, monuments in Zejtinlik and Island of Vid, minors in Senj, Trepča and Resava, Serbian Mountain Society, Yugoslav-Greek League, Academic Singing Society Obilić, Nice Graduants Society etc. Archivals of King families Karađorđević and Obrenović, families Andonović, Anovića nd Smederevac are kept among the particular family documents, and also archivals of Živojin Bliznavac, Svetozar Marković’s correspondence, tapies of Mladen Milovanović, Velimir Rajić’s writings, letters of Jovan Skerlić, Uroš Predić etc. Within this collection special unit represents Estates, part of the Personal Collection of Dimitrije Janićijević, and Collection of Certificates. Estates are created from documents of different provenance, which belonged to the Anastasijević, Kostić and Štulović family and Julijana Petrović and Danica Milutinović’s documents. Personal Collection of Dimitrije Janićijević consists of 14 documents of different provenance and content, from 1851–1877. Photographs of old Belgrade and thosefrom personal Collection of Dimitrije Janićijević are kept in the Collection of Photographs. The Collection of Certificates contents 156 certificates of graduated scholars of Belgrade Primary Schools in the XIX century with well saved stamps of teachers and schools. Among them are certificates of scholars who later became public persons: Stojan Bošković, Milan i Dušan Valožić, Jovan i Andrija Sremac, Andrija Odavić, Ilija Paranos etc.
