description: This well-preserved fond, fragmentary only at the beginning, contains the minutes and the reports of the Artistic Council of BITEF, financial documents, correspondence, performance files with a rich collection of photographs, catalogues, bulletins, clippings from the national and international newspapers, guest-books with entries by the BITEF participants, posters, press, audio and video recordings of the performances, of the meetings with the authors.
A team of archivists is engaged in the ordering, and processing of the archivals which is carried out in accordance with the applications made in accordance with the international archive standards.
