Political dictionaryfond creator:
Vladimir Jovanović (1833–1922), one of the leading Serbian intellectuals of the XIX century. He was a secretary of the St. Andrej Assembly, consul, eminent oppositionistand outcast, professor of political economy on the Great school, president of Serbian Educational Society, minister of finance, member of the Literal department of the Matica Srpska Society based in Novi Sad and educational society L' institut national in Geneve, publicist. He left a legacy of numbered, published and unpublished works and translations.

fond content:
Mostly handwritings represents the fond. Beside the autobiography, handwritings being kept, are: Political dictionary (I -F), History of political economy, Movement of economic thoughts from Old to New Century etc. Archivals are informational on: bringing laws and orders, conclusions of the II Assembly of Serbian Youth in 1867, National Bank establishment, opening of the fabric of textile in Paraćin, ratification of the Agreement of Loan of Princedom of Serbia, state incomes and outcomes, ministers resignations in 1880 resulted from disapproval of politics of King Milan Obrenović.
