Workshop “Democratization of Digitization in Libraries” was held on December 6th 2018 in University Library “Svetozar Markovic”. The workshop presented new technological possibilities for changing paradigm in library everyday activities based on digitization.
New technologies Transkribus, DocScan and Scan Tent, developed within project of Euroepan Commission H2020 READ were presented, as well as experiences of their implementation in Serbia. Participants in the workshop were given the opportunity to test the possibilities of mentioned technologies as well to exchange their experiences.
