The Chamber of Public Bailiffs organized a seminar on the obligations of bailiffs as creators and holders of archival materials and documentary material in accordance with the Law on Archival Materials and Archival Activities on Friday, December 26th 2025, at the Hyatt Hotel.The moderator of the seminar was Dr Vujadin Masnikosa, President of the Executive Board of the Chamber of Public Bailiffs, and the lecturers were Sofija Čauš Milovanović, senior archivist, head of the Service for the Protection of Archival Materials Outside the Archives of the Historical Archives of Belgrade (archival book, destruction procedure and storage conditions) and Aleksandar Rafailović, senior archivist, head of the Service for the Protection of Archival Materials Outside the Archives of the State Archives of Serbia (List of categories of archival material and documentary material).
