Interactive workshop Electronic Document and Existing Rule Books on Office Operations was held in Historical Archives of Belgrade on 7 November 2019.
The workshop dealt with basic principles for regulating office and archival operations in registry offices which normally did not operate in electronic environment and with problems of coordinating all necessary processes and future legal regulation. Also participants discussed problems of archivists who visit registry offices where archival material is being created, who advise and supervise registering material created by one body, its preservation and selection.
Vladimir Mijatović from Historical Archives of Belgrade greeted all participants in introductory part of the workshop, and then Verica Filipović and Dr Tatjana Kikić from Archives of Serbia and Milena Popović Subić from Archives of Vojvodina presented their opening statements. Moderators of the workshop were Jugoslav Veljkovski from Historical Archives of the City of Novi Sad, Mirjana Medalić from Historical Archives of Srem and Jasmina Latinović from Historical Archives of Belgrade with a help of Smiljka Vučur from Historical Archives of Pančevo as a recorder.
