Archivists of the Historical Archives of Belgrade Slobodan Mandić and Marko Perić participated in the convention organized by the International Center for Archival Research (ICARUS), which was held in Paris from 23rd to 25th of May 2022. The participants of the convention were informed on the latest events and results achieved in European archives and on activities and international projects planned for the future period. A special part of the convention was dedicated to the presentation of the project European Digital Treasures. This project includes an exhibition of archival documents preserved in various European archives and it has been opened in several European cities so far. The exhibition presents archival material of the Belgrade Archives as well.
The participants of the Paris event had the opportunity to visit the National Archives of France and to get acquainted with the process of digitization implemented in this institution.
