The Manifestation European Cultural Heritage Days 2014, with subject Language and Literacy, begun on September 17, 2014, in Dositej Obradović Endowment in National Theatre and lasted until September 30, 2014.
The Manifestation, organized by the Secretary of Economy, Secretary of Culture and Tourist Organization of Belgrade, supported by The Assembly of the City of Belgrade, every year realizes more than 150 various programs.
The Historical Archives of Belgrade organized tourist tour through the Commemorative room-Legacy of Konstantin Koča Popović (1908–1992) from September 22, 2014 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. which includes a part of the Legacy of Sorbonne student, publicist, one of the founders of Belgrade Surrealism Group, literate, Spanish Civil War an Yugoslav National Liberation War, partisan general, and his wife Leposava Lepa Perović.
