Two-day conference If Not Then, Now. Memorialization of Staro Sajmiste Camp was held on the 14th and 15th December in the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory of the University of Belgrade and in the premises of the Memorial Center “Staro Sajmiste”. Assistant director of the Historical Archives of Belgrade Slobodan Mandic participated in a panel discussion organized within the conference. He presented all activities of the Archives related to the culture of remembrance, mentioning as well the possibilities of future actions. The conference was organized with a goal to present the latest practices of memorialization of localities as well as to present new memorial institution Staro Sajmiste and its future activities.
